CNC rotating bench for shaft seals

Adjustable test parameters inc. speed (up to 20,000 rpm), pressure (+ve or -ve), temperature (up to 200°C) and media (air or liquids).

High-pressure alternating swivel bench

For shaft seals dia. 250 mm.  Adjustable test parameters inc. pressure (up to 200bar), angular velocity and profile of cycles, eccentricity, vibration, surface finish of rotating parts, choice of (polluted) media.

Low-pressure alternating swivel bench

For shaft seal applications as found on Kaplan or wind turbine blade roots, azimuth thrusters / marine pods and swivel joints of all sorts. Dia. 500 mm. Adjustable test parameters inc. pressure (up to 4bar), angular velocity and profile of cycles, eccentricity, friction surfaces of rotating parts, choice of (polluted) media.

Static anti-extrusion test bench

Rod-type assembly with fully customisable clearance gap. For seals and back-up rings with I.D. 100mm. Adjustable test parameters include pressure (up to 650 bar), pressure pulses and temperature (up to 200°C).

Reciprocating linear bench for hydraulic ram like actuator

Rod-type application for seal, scraper and bearing strips. Adjustable test parameters inc. pressure (up to 280bar), linear speed, radial loading, rod coating and surface finish.
